Fall Parade of Homes Features Latest Design Trends

KANSAS CITY, MO – Sept. 13, 2024 – The Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA) is proud to announce the Fall Parade of Homes, presented by Mike Bryant Heating & Cooling, will return Sept. 21-Oct. 6 to showcase more than 250 homes built by 93 builder members of the KCHBA. 

View some of the latest trends in home construction and design including arched doorways and built-ins, the latest color pallets and unique details that complement the style of home whether it is modern, transitional or something else.

With that many homes, there is a variety of sizes, floor plans and prices to meet different needs and budgets. Homes range in price from $250,000 to more than $5 million.
