Big Red F Restaurant Group Launches The Lasagna Project at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar

Big Red F Restaurant Group is launching The Lasagna Project at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in conjunction with BRFeeds Our Community to feed food-insecure individuals in our communities.

Guests ordering from The Lasagna Project at Jax will have the option to donate $10, $20, or $35. These donations will be allocated to preparing trays of lasagna for food insecure folks in our community. Big Red F is partnering with a non-profit partner in KC to distribute these lasagnas to the food insecure.

The Lasagna Project's menu will be available to pre-order for Friday pickup at Jax or delivery through our own WeDeliver service every week. Lasagna baskets come with salad, bread, dessert, a red-checkered tablecloth, candle, Spotify playlist, movie recommendations, and the option to add wine. The menu includes a three-meat bolognese lasagna as well as a vegetarian roasted vegetable lasagna. We offer two sizes of lasagna baskets, one to feed 2-4 people and the other to feed 4-8.

For pickup or delivery every Friday (with the exception of Christmas), orders will need to be placed by 11:59 p.m. each Wednesday. To see the full menu and make donations, visit here.
