Pat Owings has joined Agenda: USA as Director of Business Development
Mission, Kan., (August 19, 2021) – Agenda: USA today announced that Pat Owings, CMP, DMCP has joined the company as Director of Business Development.
A seasoned hospitality industry professional, Owings – who has earned both the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) and Destination Management Certified Professional (DMCP) designations – will represent Agenda: USA from his base in Nashville, Tennessee.
Owings most recently was co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Maple Ridge Events, a Destination Management Company (DMC) headquartered in Nashville. In his role with Maple Ridge, as well as in his past roles in the hospitality industry, Owings developed deep expertise in all aspects of operating a DMC including event production, ground transportation and logistics management.

Owings received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from California State University in Northridge. In addition to having earned his CMP designation from the Events Industry Council and his DMCP certification from the Association of Destination Management Professionals, he has also received his Certificate of Accountancy from Lipscomb University.
