Kansas City, Mo. (April 9, 2021) – The Schupp Collective, a Kansas City based furniture liquidation company with an elevated take on discount furniture, will open its first warehouse to the public for a grand opening event in Mission, Ks. on Friday, April 16 from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. The company will commemorate the warehouse opening with discounts up to 40 to 50 percent off retail prices on designer furniture and home decor, along with unique experiences.  The 400 square-foot store is located at 1948 Foxridge Drive, Kansas City, Ks. 66106.

The Schupp Collective carefully collects and curates the best quality, on-trend home furnishings and offers them to customers for an affordable price. A family-owned and operated business, Stephanie Schupp and her husband, Eric fell into the liquidation industry when sourcing home items for their personal house flip and quickly realized a need in the market. The Schupp Co. is focused on elevating the liquidation industry by offering great deals in a new format  by allowing customers to both shop online, watch the new arrivals via social media and now, pick-up orders and shop at their warehouse. While the merchandise is often a surprise based on inventory from top retailers, The Schupp Co. has been able to secure a variety of well-known brands from Love Sac to Target collections such as Threshold and Magnolia Home, and everything in-between.

“We are excited to open our first warehouse in Kansas City less than a year into starting our business to continue to offer the home furnishing products customers are seeking at an unbeatable price. We believe that you can curate a beautiful home on a budget and are on a mission to change the way the community shops for pieces regardless of their style. Opening the warehouse in Kansas City is just the beginning,” says Stephanie Schupp, owner of The Schupp Collective.

Part of the mission behind The Schupp Co. is also driven by sustainability. With changes due to the pandemic in warehouses and returns in retail, more big box retailers are opting out of restocking shelves with returns. The product either ends up purchased by liquidation or sent to landfills. The Schupp Collective sees the value in re-selling items that haven’t been used or even opened to lessen waste.

The Schupp Co. currently offers “Drops” or online sales featuring the latest home furnishings and decor every other week on their website and social media.
