Pull up a seat at the hotel’s Instagram worthy bar and order The Paris of Plains. An ode to a former nickname for the city, this drink features local J. Rieger Rye Whiskey, along with Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, Giffard Vanille de Madagascar, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters. The drink, which is topped with rosemary, symbolizing the traditional Olympic symbol of the laurel wreath is only available at Bar Stilwell, where guests can watch the games on the lobby’s big screen from July 26-August 11.
