FROM THE KC CHAMBER'S PRESIDENT AND CEO

Make new connections at this Friday’s Neighborhood Networking with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City.

The networking event will be held at Distribution by Air on the city’s West Side, 609 East 17th Street from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. Click here to register.

The Hispanic Chamber is the birthplace of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, founded by Kansas City entrepreneur Hector Barreto, Sr., who went on to serve as an advisor to Presidents Carter, Reagan, and the first President Bush.

The Hispanic Chamber of Greater Kansas City is also important to the KC Chamber, partnering with us in the 17-member Public Safety Coalition and serving as co-host of a World Cup Stakeholder session on the West Side – an effort to engage all parts of the community in the upcoming World Cup. We’re also looking forward to Hispanic Chamber President/CEO Carlos Gomez joining us for our annual Leadership Exchange, this time to San Antonio – the largest majority-Hispanic city in the United States.

Join us this Friday for refreshments, a raffle, tours of Distribution by Air and plenty of new connections. We hope to see you there!
