FROM THE KC CHAMBER'S PRESIDENT AND CEO

Bummer.

(I tried to think of a family-friendly word to describe my feelings after last night’s Super Bowl loss. “Bummer” is the best I could come up with.)

We’ll soon be sending the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce a basket of gifts from five of our local small businesses. That’s our return on our bet with the TB Chamber over the Super Bowl.

Not much else to say about the Buccaneers’ victory. Today’s weather matches Kansas City’s mood.

I’ll just quote Chiefs Coach Andy Reid who said this after last night’s loss: “Stand tall … And keep your eyes looking up and forward.”
