Launched in Fall 2022, the Heartland Export Accelerator (HEA), powered by World Trade Center – Kansas City, prepares businesses to compete and grow successfully in the global marketplace. Our inaugural showcase event culminates the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 cohorts. Each company will present their business, their HEA experience, and their global ambitions. Read Article

Turns out the third time was the charm – Parrish & Sons was named a Top 10 Small Business in 2021, 2022, and this year – taking home the top prize at our annual Small Business Celebration held last week. It’s the first time in our long Celebration history that a Black woman-owned business has won the prestigious award. Read Article

Business that export earn higher revenues, create more jobs, pay better wages, and are less likely to go out of business.
