Overland Park, KAN. – Foulston Siefkin LLP partner Tara Eberline will become partner-in-charge for the firm’s Kansas City office effective June 1, 2023. Eberline has chaired the firm’s Kansas-City-area employment and labor/litigation practice since 2021. She succeeds Foulston trial lawyer Tony Rupp, who served as the office’s partner-in-charge since 2017. Both Eberline and Rupp will continue serving clients in their active practices.
