Union Station Board Room Rental
The KC Chamber’s beautifully restored Board Room is available, by reservation, for members’ meetings or events which support the overall mission of the Chamber.

MEMBER RENTAL FEE
Board room rental is $1,200 per day, plus a $100.00 per hour fee for early entrance and late exit past 30 minutes. The KC Chamber’s top investors have exclusive room privileges.
AUDIO VISUAL FEE
If an organization/client/member requests to use the AV which shall include the usage of 2 projectors, 2 screens, 2 Clickshare, 1 TV, 1 podium, 1 podium microphone, 5 handheld microphones, 6 lapel microphones, 1 slide clicker. The organization/client/member will incur a fee of $135.00/per usage.
STREAMING FEE
The Streaming Package allows for Hybrid or Virtual events to be hosted in the Boardroom. Streams and Virtual events can be hosted to a variety of platforms via Zoom. Basic streaming is included with the audio-visual fee. If additional support is needed members will be connected with our outside audio-visual support.
