Spectrum Announces 185 New Jobs At Its Spectrum Mobile Call Center In Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Feb. 20, 2020) – Spectrum announced today it would add 185 new jobs in 2020 at its Spectrum Mobile™ call center in Kansas City. The new positions are in addition to more than 300 jobs added last year, as Spectrum Mobile grew rapidly to 1.1 million lines during the fourth quarter of 2019. The call center is expected to employ nearly 800 local residents by the end of 2020.

Spectrum Mobile call center representatives provide comprehensive service, ranging from billing and account management to technical support and data transfer to a new device.
