Kelly Douglass Joins Agenda: USA as Director of Client Services

Mission, Kan., (December 7, 2020) – Agenda: USA today announced the immediate addition of hospitality and events professional Kelley Douglass as Director of Client Services. Douglass joins Agenda: USA from New Orleans, Louisiana, where she worked since 2008 as an event producer in one of the premier convention cities, working with leading destination management companies (DMCs) and corporate clients.

Douglass has served on the board of MPI (Meeting Professionals International) and was featured in their national magazine in December 2019. She is quickly becoming involved in the local hospitality industry, joining several organizations. Douglass owned her own event planning firm while negotiating a move to Kansas City, working with events in both locations as she transitioned. Prior to this, she was a sales manager for Audubon Nature Institute, the largest non-profit in Louisiana which represents the Audubon Zoo, Aquarium and Insectarium.

As Director of Client Services, Douglass will oversee sales, marketing and event production. “Agenda: USA is uniquely positioned to be a market leader in the event production space. Douglass graduated from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She has four grown children with her husband of 27 years, Billy, who is Senior Vice President of Development for HCA Midwest Health. You’ll find her cheering for the Tide most Saturdays in the Fall and showing off her new city when her friends and family come to visit.
