IVANHOE FAMILY BBQ WITH PINNACLE

Ivanhoe Neighborhood Council will be hosting a BBQ event for Centurions, Chamber Members and families, following a morning of service and clean up in the Ivanhoe Neighborhood and its surrounding area! Centurions will gather at 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. to clean up various neighborhoods around Ivanhoe and then families are welcome to join from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Register here >>

ISSUES UP CLOSE: GENDER AFFIRMING CARE

During this Issues Up Close, Centurion, Jessica Doane, will lead a panel discussion on gender-affirming care, quality of life, and access to services for TGNC (Transgender, and Gender Non-Confirming) youth and adults in the Kansas City Region with experts and advocates Brandon Boulware, Sarah Middleton, Mary Olson, and Dr. Angela Turpin. We will explore what services are, what they are not, what services are available, the challenges many TGNC citizens experience day-to-day, and how we as community leaders can better support our neighbors.
