ISSUES UP CLOSE: GENDER AFFIRMING CARE

During this Issues Up Close from 2-4 p.m. on July 30, Centurion, Jessica Doane, will lead a panel discussion on gender-affirming care, quality of life, and access to services for TGNC (Transgender, and Gender Non-Confirming) youth and adults in the Kansas City Region with experts and advocates Brandon Boulware, Sarah Middleton, Mary Olson, and Dr. Angela Turpin. We will explore what services are, what they are not, what services are available, the challenges many TGNC citizens experience day-to-day, and how we as community leaders can better support our neighbors.
