FROM THE KC CHAMBER'S PRESIDENT AND CEO

Good change is on the horizon here at the KC Chamber and I'm excited to share some news that reflects our ongoing commitment to better serve our members and the greater Kansas City business community! Later this month, we’re launching a brand-new website as well as an updated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Our refreshed website will make it easier than ever to access valuable resources, stay updated on events, and connect with fellow members. We've streamlined navigation, enhanced functionality, and built a platform that's mobile-friendly—because we know you’re often on the move. It’s been designed with you in mind, aiming to enhance the experience for everyone who visits and engages with the KC Chamber online.

In addition, our new CRM system will help us understand and respond to your needs more effectively. With improved data capabilities, we can now better personalize our communications, simplify event registration, and provide you with a more seamless experience across all your interactions with us. This tool will enable us to deepen our relationships with you and our entire community as we work together to drive growth and progress in Kansas City.

Stay tuned for more updates throughout the month. We look forward to launching these two new platforms and are here to support you through the transition. We also appreciate your grace and patience through the change process. And, as always, thank you for being part of the KC Chamber community.
