AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is sponsoring its sixth-annual Heart Month Restaurant Partnership in honor of American Heart Month, featuring chef-created heart-healthy meals at 12 metro eateries.

Healthy KC partnered up with the REACH Health Care Foundation and Sesame Street in Communities to bring Comfy-Cozy Nests to Greater Kansas City. A school district and three early child learning centers in the Greater Kansas City region are now home to these trauma-informed, safe spaces for children.

Healthy KC's Workplace Wellness Action Team has established a Mentor Program that is open to all Healthy KC Certified Companies and Chamber members. The Mentor Program aims to connect employers that wish to grow and further advance their workplace wellness practices by learning what other organizations are doing.
