Project LEAD is a program developed by Debby Ballard of The Ballard Connection in partnership with the KC Chamber.
The goal is to increase diversity in leadership for businesses by broadening their pool of diverse candidates and tracking new hires and promotions. Eight organizations are currently in the program.
