Small businesses in our region get extra love and visibility in the first quarter of each year as a part of the KC Chamber’s Small Business Superstar program.
The public submits their favorite small businesses through an online form, and each company is given a social media toolkit for sharing and VIP invitations to an exclusive Superstar Reception. At the Reception, the Small Business Superstars can make valuable connections and learn about resources available to help them grow and thrive.
The KC Chamber and our Superstar media partner Startland News help amplify the momentum around this buzzy event that is sure to introduce you to some small businesses that you haven’t known before. The Superstar program can be a pipeline into the Chamber’s Small Business Awards program too. In 2024, for example, three Superstar businesses made it into the Top 10 finalists for the Mr. K Award.
